Who we are

Manuel Conde brings more than 20 years of experience in creating companies, developing new markets, and introducing new concepts and products at an international level. In his role as CEO, he leads the organisation and lays the foundations of the business strategy for Alpha Bioresearch.

Previously, Manuel served as CEO in leading organisations in Latin America and has mentored high-performance teams, achieving consistent growth and profitability goals.

Manuel has an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Pharmacy from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.

Noelia Rodriguez is responsible for the Finance and Administration department and has been involved in the international expansion of Alpha Bioresearch within the clinical research sector. She has a degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III and an MBA from EAE Business School.​

She oversees all financial, legal, administrative, and technological aspects in the company and plays an important role in driving strategy and improving profitability and processes.​

Samir Barral leads the Business Development department of Alpha Bioresearch with a 360° view of the industry and 14 years' experience in the pharmaceutical sector, having held different strategic positions related to Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales and Market Access, both in multinational pharmaceutical companies and various consultancy firms.

He has a degree in Pharmacy from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and several postgraduate degrees in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Digital Marketing.

Consuelo Pozo has a degree in Pharmacy from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. She has formed part of Alpha Bioresearch for more than 20 years and is currently Clinical Project Leader. Within her extensive experience in clinical research, she has participated in clinical studies in all phases and numerous pathologies, especially Oncology, CNS and Cardiology.

Her responsibilities as CPL include managing and controlling the studies she's involved in, from start-up to completion.

She's also responsible for coordinating teams and ensuring that all studies are carried out in compliance with GCPs and study-specific procedures.

She has a degree in Statistics from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has coordinated Data Science and Biostatistics activities for more than 20 years.

She is a Study Start-up & Regulatory Coordinator with more than 15 years of experience in the start-up and monitoring of all types of clinical trials, studies and research projects.
